We will process your request within 3 business days. All refund or credit requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Customers deemed ineligible for our products and services can request a full refund at any point. We will review all other refund requests outside of these policies on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to the government (such as filing fees), or to other third parties involved in processing your order. We also can’t refund any money paid by you to third parties, such as payments you made to a RapidVisa independent attorney providing legal services under a separate attorney agreement.


If you received a Request for Evidence (RFE) or other notice from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) because of an error RapidVisa made, we’ll help you respond to the government at no additional cost.*

*If you received an RFE because you failed to include required documents even when RapidVisa warned you about those missing documents, we will charge a $300 fee to process adjustments and ship a new application.


If your petition is denied by USCIS, RapidVisa will refund 100% of the fees paid to RapidVisa for the petition that was denied. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the denial and must include a copy of the denial letter from the USCIS that indicates the reason for denial.
  • Denial must not be because you failed to respond in a timely manner to an RFE or inquiry from USCIS, or failed to appear for your interview.
  • All refunds are issued by credit card only and to the original purchaser. Refunds will be processed within 14 days and may take an additional 3-5 days to post to your account.
  • Fees paid to the government or any third party are not refundable.
