Meet Our In-house Attorney
Gage Herbst decided to pursue a career in immigration law after living for two years in the states of San Luis Potosi and Guanajuato, Mexico. While there, he saw firsthand how difficult navigating the immigration system can be and the devastating effects of lack of proper information and legal counsel. After moving back to the United States, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics before going on to earn his doctorate in jurisprudence.
Gage has over a decade of experience working in immigration law. He has advocated for hundreds of individuals before the immigration courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. consulates around the globe. He loves helping families stay united and achieve their immigration goals. He is a member of the Utah State Bar, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has been selected as a rising star by Super Lawyers for both 2021 and 2022. When he isn’t working on cases, Gage spends as much time with his wife and three young children as possible.
