Q. How does it work?
A. When you checkout here, an automatic payment plan will be set up. Each month on that date, your card will automatically be charged. You can see your upcoming payments and the dates they will be charged in your account.
Q. Can I use an installment plan on the Adjustment of Status?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Does it include the USCIS fee?
A. Yes! It includes the USCIS filing fee, which we will pay directly to the government, and the fee required to get the process started. Please note that if USCIS fee increases, this amount will be billed the difference before RapidVisa can file. RapidVisa has no control over increases in government fees.
Q. Does it include any other government fees?
A. No, but it does include all RapidVisa fees and your government filing fee. The embassy interview fee must be paid in the alien’s country so we can’t pay that one for you. The Payment Plan does include all government filing fees necessary to get your petition filed. Give us a call for a full explanation of any fees that may apply to your case.
Q. Does it include the medical exam fee?
A. No, this is paid directly to the facility which conducts the exam in the country of origin.
Q. What if I cancel half way in?
A.You are purchasing a personalized service, not a product. Services performed can’t be returned like a pair of shoes. No refund or cancellation is available, even if you change your mind. Also note that the government never returns filing fees under any circumstance.

A. No. We charge a single convenience fee but no interest will accrue.
Q. What if I default?
A. If your auto-billing fails, your visa application will be cancelled. We will attempt to charge your card daily for up to 10 days. Late fees of $5 per day will be assessed. Delinquent accounts may be sent to a third-party collector.
