RapidVisa® is America's Premiere Spousal Visa Processor

en español

If you have a foreign spouse (husband or wife) that you need help getting to the United States you will need a Spousal Visa. The Spousal Visas allow your husband or wife to join you in the U.S. with a green card and eventually pursue citizenship if that is your goal. The requirements are not as difficult as you probably think. These are the basics:

You (the petitioner) must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)

You and your spouse are legally married and can prove it

  You meet the financial requirements.

If you meet those basic requirements you will most likely be approved.  For the majority of our customers we recommend the CR-1 Spousal Visa, but for a few families the K-3 may be more appropriate. The K-3 may not always be available making the CR-1 a better choice.  RapidVisa is not a law firm and we can't provide legal advice or represent you in any legal matter.

This was a long and drawn out process, but reforms at USCIS have dramatically decreased the waiting time. Most petitions for U.S. citizens get approved within 5-7 months! RapidVisa® petitions leverage modern technology to help you complete and mail your petition faster than anyone else can.

We Will Beat Any Advertised Price, Guaranteed

No gimmicks, no hidden fees and no asterisks. We prepare your entire Spousal Visa petition. We then review it and make sure it is perfect. We prepare all the forms...all you do is sign them. Later, when it is time for the National Visa Center stage we prepare all those documents for you at no extra cost. Finally, at the embassy interview we prepare all the documents necessary for that stage of the process at no extra charge. And you can include children at no additional charge from RapidVisa (government filing fees will still apply for children). We are here to support you 7 days a week, all the way through the interview. If anybody claims to be cheaper than RapidVisa they are not telling you the whole story. Absolutely nobody beats our prices, guaranteed. Beware of websites advertising a low price just to get you to call so they can give you high pressure up-sale treatment. This is called Bait & Switch and good companies don't operate that way. The fees you see on this page are it...nothing hidden charges.

But RapidVisa is Not Just a Website

We are not just a website. Our physical address is at the bottom of every page on this site and although it is never necessary to visit in person, you are welcome to drop by anytime, no appointment necessary. Most websites offering fiancee visa service online these days are just individuals with no physical office. Do you really want some guy in an apartment assembling your petition at his kitchen table? RapidVisa's staff includes at least 9-10 full time employees ready to assist you.

You will need to choose between the CR-1 Spousal Visa and the K-3 Spousal Visa. For most people the CR-1 is the better option, and the K-3 might not even be available.

The K-3 visa will ultimately cost you much more because after your spouse arrives on the K-3 visa you must file the Adjustment of Status to receive the green card. This step is not necessary to receive the green card with the CR-1 visa.

Go here to learn how to get married in a foreign country.

The Government of the United States has no special requirements for the marriage of its nationals in other countries or to nationals of other countries. For a foreign marriage to be recognized in the United States, the marriage must be legal in the country and jurisdiction where effected, and prior marriages terminated.

Beware of the Mom & Pop Processors

Stay away from the many amateur processors out there with a website but no physical office, business license or employees! We have rescued many customers who first wasted money on a mom & pop processor trying to run a business from their kitchen table.  Some of these processors are not even in the United States. Do you really want to trust such an important process to somebody who isn't successful enough to afford a real business office, a toll free number and paid employees?

Many of these mom & pop sites are started by well-meaning couples who went through the process themselves and now feel qualified to provide the service to others.  Despite their good intentions, most underestimate the complexity and expense involved and go out of business quickly. We see 6-10 of these websites pop up every year, and an equal number disappear.  So while they may be around when you start the process, they will probably be out of business when you need them later for the interview process.

If you have already been a victim of one of these websites please give us a call and we can get you back on track.

The USCIS will normally change a K-3 petition to a CR-1 without your consent. The total cost for a K-3 is actually more than the CR-1 because it must be followed with the Adjustment of Status.

Viktoriya and I want to send our gratitude for all the work/help that Rapid Visa provided us during our K-1 Visa application.  Although at times I worried about the longevity of this process, everything went as I was instructed by Rapid Visa.  We are now happily married and look forward to a long and bright future together.  I'm now looking forward to use Rapid Visa for my "Adjustment of Status" paperwork.
