Vaccination Records, or shot records, are required for U.S. immigrant visa applicants before an immigrant visa or green card is issued. Applicants will need to take their vaccination records proving they have had all necessary vaccinations at the medical exam. The physicians will review the record and verify if he or she has met the vaccination requirement.
A vaccine waiver may be applied for in the event vaccines conflict with your religious beliefs.
