Q: How do I sign up?

A: To sign up, visit RapidVisa’s Ask My Attorney page, and click on the “Sign Up” link.

Q: How do I book a consultation?

A: Once you sign up, we’ll send you a link via email to book an appointment with your assigned independent attorney. Click on that link, and schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?

A: You can cancel or reschedule if need be. Email your independent attorney to let them know you have to reschedule and then book another time slot using the booking link.

Q: How will my independent attorney contact me?

A: They will contact you with the phone number that you provide when booking your appointment.

Q: What kinds of questions can I ask?

A: RapidVisa’s independent attorneys are experts in family immigration and naturalization, so they will be able to answer any questions related to those subjects and about your specific case. If you have any questions outside of family immigration or naturalization, they may or may not be able to answer them for you.

Q: How long is my appointment?

A: Each consultation is 15 minutes, and during that consultation, your independent attorney can address one unique issue.

Q: What’s a unique issue?

A: A unique issue is a new legal matter that you have not discussed in a previous consultation with your independent attorney.

Q: What if I can’t get all of my questions answered in 15 minutes?

A: Each 15-minute consultation can cover only one unique issue. In other words, a second or third consultation cannot cover the same issue. If you need to consult about another unique issue, you can schedule another 15-minute consultation.

Q: Who are RapidVisa’s independent attorneys?

A: Your attorney is an independent attorney who has been vetted by RapidVisa to make sure they have relevant experience for your immigration needs. We look for attorneys who have several years of experience in family immigration law, including a large number of successful application filings. Please note that the independent attorneys are not employees of RapidVisa.

Q: What if I want a different attorney?

A: Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We therefore cannot guarantee that we can reassign you to a different independent attorney. If you prefer to be reassigned, please contact our team directly at askmyattorney@rapidvisa.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on the other independent attorneys’ availability.

Q: What if I want a refund?

A: This is a month to month subscription. Once you pay for a month, we do not provide a refund for that month paid. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact our team directly at askmyattorney@rapidvisa.com, and we will cancel your subscription at the end of the month period. You may continue to schedule appointments with your independent attorney until your subscription expires.

Q: I need more information before signing up. Who should I contact?

A: Please email your questions to askmyattorney@rapidvisa.com.
