Medical Examination Fee: All applicants must undergo a medical exam by an Embassy-approved Panel Physician. Information about the medical exam can be found here. You will receive instructions about how to schedule an appointment for your medical exam from NVC or the Embassy. Do not try to make an appointment before receiving these instructions.

From start to finish the Rapid Visa staff held our hands and walked us through EVERY step of the way. Beginning with Chona in the Colorado office who completely organized the application packet with great detail, guided me to include every document I needed and the entire friendly staff who answered my every question. The Philippine office assisted my fiancé (now my wife) with her documents and questions.
As we approached the time of the physical & interview we had a lot of concerns and which RV walked us through each step. A special thanks to Dan in the Manila office for his cheerful heart, knowledgeable input, compiling Lovely’s application packet for the interview and great driving skills to & from the airport…hehehe.
