URGENT UPDATE 2019:

On March 11, 2019, the Department of State announced the temporary suspension of operations of U.S. Embassy Caracas and withdrawal of diplomatic personnel. All consular services are suspended. Immigrant visa applicants should contact IVBogota@state.gov for additional instructions. Nonimmigrant visa applicants can apply at any U.S. embassy or consulate in another country. For more information regarding applying for nonimmigrant visas, please visit travel.state.gov.

Please be aware that this country is affected by President Trump’s Executive Order 13780. This could change at anytime, however this is the most recent information we have. This travel ban does not affect most of our customers from Venezuela, however, it could affect some. According to this order, which was upheld by court in January of 2018 states:

(f) Venezuela.

(i) Venezuela has adopted many of the baseline standards identified by the Secretary of Homeland Security and in section 1 of this proclamation, but its government is uncooperative in verifying whether its citizens pose national security or public-safety threats. Venezuela’s government fails to share public-safety and terrorism-related information adequately, fails to satisfy at least one key risk criterion, and has been assessed to be not fully cooperative with respect to receiving its nationals subject to final orders of removal from the United States. There are, however, alternative sources for obtaining information to verify the citizenship and identity of nationals from Venezuela. As a result, the restrictions imposed by this proclamation focus on government officials of Venezuela who are responsible for the identified inadequacies.

(ii) Notwithstanding section 3(b)(v) of this proclamation, the entry into the United States of officials of government agencies of Venezuela involved in screening and vetting procedures — including the Ministry of the Popular Power for Interior, Justice and Peace; the Administrative Service of Identification, Migration and Immigration; the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigation Service Corps; the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service; and the Ministry of the Popular Power for Foreign Relations — and their immediate family members, as nonimmigrants on business (B-1), tourist (B-2), and business/tourist (B-1/B-2) visas, is hereby suspended. Further, nationals of Venezuela who are visa holders should be subject to appropriate additional measures to ensure traveler information remains current.

Should you apply using RapidVisa’s services, please be aware we cannot control this ban, and if you are affected by it, you may be denied.

Testimonials from Venezuela

Every case is special as what RapidVisa has said. As we undergo the visa processing, it did not allow us a fast and immediate approval and we have had undergone the agony of waiting. What touched us with Rapid Visa's services were: directing us to the correct sites to apply and fill up forms and making sure that we got it right, the encouraging words of wisdom from the staff when I was crying over a requirement (Taiwan Police Clearance) that I could not produce in time, however through God's blessings I got it 3 days before I am supposed to go back home and rescheduled my interview; so seeing to it that I got the interview slot on Monday of the following week, Albert help me call the embassy and who was supposed to be off already, ran an extra mile for us and personally went to the US Embassy to get my confirmation letter; the bits and pieces of tips and reminders; the easy to understand handouts of forms; polite and open communication from chat to reception area and staffs; and most especially the agency having been located acrossed the US embassy per se.. This is the kind of service we need and they are showing that they care. RapidVisa, we would like to thank you for helping and guiding us through it all.

I would like to say the process of applying for an Emigrant Visa is a long complicated process. Without Rapid Visa, I would, most likely, not have been able to attain this Visa or it would have taken a considerable amount of more time. Rapid Visa was always there, for me, to answer any questions I had. I still have access to them if I have any questions even though we have already received the visa.. They are experienced and they have well mannered people working in their organization. They have all the tools available to make it as easy for the applicant as possible. Very Importantly they can be trusted!

When my wife and I went to the US Embassy in Manila for her final interview, she went through each step with no hesitation or any delay because she was well prepared and all documents necessary were in her possession, thanks to the Rapid Visa Company. I have and will continue to highly recommend Rapid Visa to anyone applying for a Visa.

Sincerely,
God Be With Us All Always,

~
