In late 2019, we announced that the USCIS had proposed fee changes. The new fees have now been released and the deadline for old fees has been set for October 2, 2020. For the detailed release, please visit this Federal Register document. Any application, petition, or request postmarked on or after October 2, 2020 must include payment of the new, correct fees established by this final rule.
RapidVisa has set our deadline for September 4, 2020. If you want to file under the old fees, RapidVisa must receive your documents in ready-to-file condition at our Las Vegas office no later than September 4, 2020. Any petitions received on or after this date that do not have the correct fees will be delayed. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions before moving forward.
* On September 29, a federal judge temporarily blocked proposed fee changes that were scheduled to take effect on October 2. We will update this information as we hear more.
