Where to pay the Embassy fee: Nabil Bank is responsible for collecting the visa application fee and scheduling visa interviews for the U.S. Embassy.
Local language documents need translated: All documents should be accompanied by English translations.
Medical Examination Fee: The fee for adults (15 years and older) is USD 162 and for children (under 15 years) is USD 92. Any medical examination
fees, including x-ray and blood test fees, must be paid directly to the examining physician in either U.S. dollars or Nepali
rupees at the IOM exchange rate that month.
