Even though I had problems connecting, while in China, I am completely satisfied with Rapid Visa. Their response was always quick and helpful. I had no trouble submitting the Immigration and Homeland Defense forms. Consequently we had no trouble in obtaining a K-1 Visa, and the final interview at the U.S. Embassy in Guangzhou China.
