URGENT UPDATE 2019:

On March 11, 2019, the Department of State announced the temporary suspension of operations of U.S. Embassy Caracas and withdrawal of diplomatic personnel. All consular services are suspended. Immigrant visa applicants should contact IVBogota@state.gov for additional instructions. Nonimmigrant visa applicants can apply at any U.S. embassy or consulate in another country. For more information regarding applying for nonimmigrant visas, please visit travel.state.gov.

Please be aware that this country is affected by President Trump’s Executive Order 13780. This could change at anytime, however this is the most recent information we have. This travel ban does not affect most of our customers from Venezuela, however, it could affect some. According to this order, which was upheld by court in January of 2018 states:

(f) Venezuela.

(i) Venezuela has adopted many of the baseline standards identified by the Secretary of Homeland Security and in section 1 of this proclamation, but its government is uncooperative in verifying whether its citizens pose national security or public-safety threats. Venezuela’s government fails to share public-safety and terrorism-related information adequately, fails to satisfy at least one key risk criterion, and has been assessed to be not fully cooperative with respect to receiving its nationals subject to final orders of removal from the United States. There are, however, alternative sources for obtaining information to verify the citizenship and identity of nationals from Venezuela. As a result, the restrictions imposed by this proclamation focus on government officials of Venezuela who are responsible for the identified inadequacies.

(ii) Notwithstanding section 3(b)(v) of this proclamation, the entry into the United States of officials of government agencies of Venezuela involved in screening and vetting procedures — including the Ministry of the Popular Power for Interior, Justice and Peace; the Administrative Service of Identification, Migration and Immigration; the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigation Service Corps; the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service; and the Ministry of the Popular Power for Foreign Relations — and their immediate family members, as nonimmigrants on business (B-1), tourist (B-2), and business/tourist (B-1/B-2) visas, is hereby suspended. Further, nationals of Venezuela who are visa holders should be subject to appropriate additional measures to ensure traveler information remains current.

Should you apply using RapidVisa’s services, please be aware we cannot control this ban, and if you are affected by it, you may be denied.

Testimonials from Venezuela

My wife and I met online and in the beginning it appeared impossible to have any type of serious relationship. My wife is a citizen of the Philippines, but was in Thailand working as a teacher on a work visa. After many days of prayer and seeking God's direction, we decided to start a serious relationship. We both developed a deep love and compassion for each other. As a result, we wanted to get married. However, we didn't know how to go about getting a visa for her to come to the U.S. Again, with much prayer and God's guidance, He gave us the answer. We found RapidVisa.

With research I found RapidVisa to be a professional and responsible company, so we signed up for an account. Anyone who has been through the process of getting a visa knows first hand that is it stressful and difficult as is any government bureaucracy process. However, RapidVisa was always there to answer any questions we had about the tedious steps we had to take to get the visa. RapidVisa made the process so much easier and stress free. They provided the documents we needed, showed us how to complete the documents the government needed for us to get a visa, and reviewed all of our documents before it was sent to USCIS and the NVC. Because of RapidVisa's help, my wife's CR1 visas was issued and we are finally together. My wife and I both know that RapidVisa was a "God send" meaning that God led us to this company and as a result, we were able to overcome this difficult process. We are blessed, happy, and thankful for Rapidvisa's help in this process.

My husband and I are truly grateful for the professional services of Rapid Visa. We started our K1 Visa process last week of December, 2013. I got my visa last May 29 and me and my husband arrived in the US (Maryland) last June 3, 2014 in less than 6 months process as we don't expect it to happen so quickly.

Rapid Visa is the best, the reason why we had everything done smoothly. They are guiding you step by step arranging your papers up to the day of your interview. They make it easier because you can call and ask them anytime if you have questions during the process.

Now all I can say, finally me and my husband, soulmate and best friend will be with each other everyday of our lives after 4 yrs of knowing each other.

Thanks to God above all and for Rapid Visa as God's instrument in making our dreams comes true....

Thanks Joben for making the process stress free.

Sincerely yours,

Dear RapidVisa,

My wife and I met when I was in Cebu for my aunt's 50th wedding anniversary in July of 2010. I met my wife at a popular club when I was with my cousins and my brother. She saw me and wanted to dance, and I was reluctant at first because I didn’t really know how to dance. Once we started dancing I felt more comfortable. I could tell at that moment that she really liked me and I felt the same toward her. After that I left the Philippines and we continued our relationship through YM and phone calls. I flew back to Cebu twice to spend time with her after that. In January we began the K-1 Visa process for her and K-2 for her two daughters. Jenn and few other staff were very helpful with any questions I had throughout the process and I could not have done this without RapidVisa. If I had questions at any time during the day I could count on RapidVisa to answer, because of support in Colorado and in the Philippines. I thank you so much for helping us with this process. I am also doing the Adjustment of Status with RapidVisa support and you have continuously provided excellent customer service. Thank you.
