The U.S. embassy in Uganda does not process immigrant visas. All Ugandans will be sent to the U.S. embassy in Nairobi, Kenya for the interview and visa. It does not hurt to list Uganda as the embassy you would like to use, but you should be expect to be sent to Nairobi Kenya.
