It’s with great joy and gratitude we write to you today. I am happy to report that the AOS petition you filed on our behalf has successfully been approved for my wife Avril. As you may remember, we applied for the adjustment of status in the middle of June, this year. Her biometrics appointment came in exactly a month later. Her combined EAD and advanced parole card arrived in the third week of August much to our surprise. We had our interview in Newark today and before we got home, the status had changed to “Card in Production” and to expect delivery in 30 days!
