In order to send your packet and supporting documents to RapidVisa for Premium Review Assembly, you must first complete the Premail Checklist to obtain a shipping authorization barcode, to print off and send with your packet. This feature allows you to save time and money by avoiding sending an incomplete packet and causing delays and increased postage fees.
What exactly is the Premail Checklist?
The Premail Phone Call is the necessary next step in our process to help ensure you have all the supporting documentation needed to complete your petition. This feature is designed to save you time and frustration. When a customer sends in a complete petition packet to our Las Vegas team for Comprehensive Check, they avoid any further delays in submitting their petition.
During the Premail call, you will be assigned with a specialist who will go over the checklist with you to verify, check and inspect item by item, ensuring that you have all the necessary information and correct supporting documentation required for your application.
Once the Premail is complete, you will be given a shipping authorization sheet with our mailing address and a barcode that you will need to print off and include in your petition packet when you mail it to our Las Vegas office for assembly and comprehensive review.
How do I complete the Premail Checklist?
Once you have gathered your printed RapidVisa petition and supporting documents, you will be given a link to schedule a call with our specialist who will conduct the Premail call. Please set aside at least 30 minutes of your time for this call. Premail calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to allow us sufficient time to study and verify the supporting documents required to complete your petition.
