Biographic Information (previously referred to as form G-325A) is one of the required forms for immigration petitioners. They collect a person's biographical data and includes: name, date of birth, address, gender, marital status, employment history and education. It's this personal data that distinguishes one individual from another. USCIS conducts background checks based on the biographical information provided for every petition.
In 2017 USCIS removed the Form G-325A in most of the immigration petitions and integrated all the questions into the main petition form. Additional questions on the forms include sponsor's ethnicity, race, height, weight, eye color and hair color are also added at same time.
