If you decide to participate in the referral program, you must agree to all of the terms of the program. These terms may be updated at anytime at the sole discretion of RapidVisa. Any referrer/affiliate/advocate that is found to be in violation of any of these terms will be immediately terminated.
1. Program Enrollment
You can complete an enrollment of the program as an individual or a business by signing up here. We will evaluate your account to ensure you meet eligibility requirements. We might reject your referral account if we find anything objectionable. Approval or rejection of referral accounts is at the sole discretion of RapidVisa and its owners.
Only share your links where and when appropriate. Do not SPAM. Furthermore, don’t share your referral links on questionable sites such as, but not limited to, pornography, gambling, illegal activity websites, etc. Do not share your links via any automated systems such as link spam software or social media scheduled postings.
3. Representation & Warranties
Do not make false statements or representations of RapidVisa’s services, employees or results. Do not make promises we don’t make and can’t keep. Don’t represent yourself as RapidVisa. Don’t claim warranties on our behalf that we don’t make. Don’t write fake reviews about our service. Don’t write false content about RapidVisa or its products or services.
4. Site Quality
If you post links on a site you own, you are solely responsible for the operation, development and maintenance of that site. RapidVisa has no control over the content of your site, and cannot be held liable for any illegal actions taking place on your site. Any questionable sites would be immediately terminated from our program. Don’t share your referral links via any poor quality means, such as pop-ups or forced squeeze pages.
5. Paid Search Policy
Do not advertise on paid search networks like Google or Bing for terms trademarked by RapidVisa, Inc., including variants of these terms. This includes terms that are long-tail but also include our trademarked terms.
Do not outbid RapidVisa on any ad network for any keywords RapidVisa bids on.
Do not send ads directly to your referral link(s). You must send the ad to your native landing page where you can later send traffic through your links.
If you are an individual, and not a corporation or limated liability company, in order to be eligible for a bonus payment, you are required to first provide us with a W8 (Non U.S.) or W9 (U.S.). If RapidVisa does not receive the proper tax forms from you within 120 days of the bonus earned date, the bonus balance will be considered abandoned, and forfeited.
You are responsible for any taxes related to your bonuses earned through the program. If you meet the applicable amount required for a 1099, RapidVisa will issue you a 1099 before the required time period to do so. You are required to submit RapidVisa with the proper mailing address and tax forms required within 5 days of request if you expect us to send you a 1099 on time.
When you refer a signup, that referral is logged in our system as your contact. If that contact ever converts to a sale down the road (within 180 days), you are eligible for bonuses/commissions/affiliate earnings. We will pay you $50 for each paid sale of any sale that equals at least $300 (not including government fees).
If you have eligible commissions accrued, you can sign in to your account and request a redemption. After audit, our team will dispense commission via your Paypal account on file within a few business days.
We reserve the right to withhold payment of certain commissions (at our sole discretion) if the account in question seems to be high-risk. Such withholdings may last for a period of up to 90 days. This is simply to ensure no chargeback from the customer occurs.
If someone purchases via a payment plan, commission is only paid out upon final payment of the payment plan, which is 6 months from purchase date.
8. Terms & Modification
These terms are in effect for as long as the referrer has a referral account with us, and can be terminated upon termination of the account by either party. These terms may be modified at any time, at the sole discretion of RapidVisa. If you are found in violation of any of these terms and your account is terminated, any commissions become invalid, including any commissions not yet paid out.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our complete liability arising with respect to these terms will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under these terms.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RapidVisa, Inc., officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense (including attorneys’ fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us.
Do not attempt to fraudulently claim referrals you didn’t actually make. Do not attempt to manipulate the system to get credit for an account you did not genuinely refer.
We make no guarantees that our site and referral program will operate error-free and without interruption. RapidVisa carries no liability with regards to the referral program or site errors or outages.
12. Word of Mouth & Retroactive Referrals
Word of mouth referrals are not trackable in any way, and we cannot under any circumstances allow them to count if they didn’t register through your affiliate/referral link(s). If you previously referred a customer to RapidVisa before this program was initiated, you cannot claim a bonus for that, because unfortunately there is no way to moderate and track that. For that reason, there are no retroactive referrals, without exception.
13. Employee Policy
RapidVisa employees and members of their households are not allowed to join this program. Do not conspire with any employee to try to give them credit for a referral program. You might think you’re doing the employee a favor, but you’re actually contributing to a terminable offence.
