In order to send your packet and supporting documents to RapidVisa for Premium Review, you must complete the Premail Checklist to obtain a shipping authorization barcode, to print off and send with your packet. This feature allows you to save time and money by avoiding sending an incomplete packet and causing delays and increased postage fees.

What exactly is the Premail Checklist?

When you have printed off our entire petition, and gathered all your supporting documents and you believe you are ready to send it all in to us, you will give us a call at 1-800-872-1458. An agent will then go down our internal checklist verbally with you, item-by-item, ensuring that you have the correct items, and that everything is good to go. If you have everything in the first call, it shouldn’t take longer than 15 to 20 minutes for the call.

Once the agent is complete, they will generate a shipping authorization sheet with our mailing address and a barcode that you will need to print off and include with your packet when you mail it to us.
