Old Versions of Form I-129F & Form I-130 Will Be Rejected Soon

01 Apr 2019

The USCIS updated the versions of forms I-129F, I-130 and I-130A. However, up until now, they’ve still accepted the old versions. As of April 29, 2019, they will only accept the new November 7, 2018 versions of I-129F form. On the other hand, the USCIS would only accept the new versions of forms I-130 and I-130A starting May 6, 2019.

RapidVisa’s software has been updated to the new forms for awhile, however if you happened to print your forms a while ago and have been sitting on them, you will need to re-print with the new version otherwise your case will be rejected by the USCIS or you will receive a request for evidence requesting the new forms.

We have been making every reasonable effort to notify our customers of this issue so they don’t sit on old forms. One benefit of using our service is to have confidence we are keeping up with updates like this.
