K1 Fiancé Visa & Green Card for Only $269/mo.

05 Jun 2018

We wanted to make a formal announcement of our new K1 & Adjustment of Status Combo Payment Plan. Everyone who enters on a K1 visa will eventually need to adjust status from a non-immigrant to an immigrant, a process known as the adjustment of status. This is the process needed to obtain a green card and is required if an alien intends to stay and live in the United States. A green card is also needed to work in the US or if the alien ever wants to exit the US and re-enter. The visa only grants entry to the U.S. The problem with the adjustment of status is the high filing fees. As of 2018, this main filing fee is $1,225. When you enter the U.S., you’re usually recovering from other high expenses like the flight to the U.S., and planning your wedding. So it can be burdensome to follow through with the green card. But with immigration tightening, and more crackdowns coming down the pike, it’s recommended to always file the adjustment of status as soon as possible – Ideally as soon as the ink dries on your marriage certificate.

With this new service, we combine the filing fees for both the K1 visa and the adjustment of status, and break the burden up into 12 monthly payments. Not counting children, this fee is only $269 a month! That’s only $67 more per month than our K1 only payment plan, and then you don’t need to worry about the $1,225 filing fee during that stressful time after entering the U.S. If you can manage $269 a month, you can now take care of it all now.

Another great perk of the combo kit is that we will file your paperwork after only 2 payments, instead of 3 like the K1 only plan. So you get going much sooner, you don’t have to worry about the green card, and you have everything taken care of in advance. RapidVisa doesn’t require a credit check for this plan. For more info on the plan see RapidVisa Installment Plan.
