Do I have to send my complete petition all at once to RapidVisa?
Yes. If you’re using our service, we’re going to have a phone call with you, which we call the Premail Checklist. During this call, we will go through the documents and supporting evidence verbally with you to make sure you’re sending the right items so you can avoid delays and hiccups along the way.
We ask that you don’t send us anything whatsoever until you’ve been through the Premail Checklist and have been given an authorized mailing barcode to include with your petition. This ensures our Assembly Team can perform their jobs at the highest level. If our receiving agent scans your petition and discovers you haven’t been through the Premail Checklist, your package will be returned to sender.
This method helps us keep our thousands of cases in order, and keeps our shelves clear of old, stagnate cases.
