All Immigration Phases – One Price
Our fees include all necessary completed government forms, documents, letters, checklists and full support throughout each phase of the immigration process, for no extra fee. Unlike immigration attorneys, we don’t charge by the hour.
This is the initial filing, where we will prepare your packet with all appropriate supporting evidence, and file your petition or application with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service. Most services stop at this point and leave you hanging for the rest of the process.
Once your petition is approved by the USCIS, the case is forwarded to the National Visa Center, where they will make sure your supporting evidence is adequate, and prepare it to be sent to the U.S. Embassy where your interview will be held. They may request more items, or send your case back to the USCIS. Once they determine everything is adequate, the case will be forwarded to the U.S. Embassy. We offer unlimited support throughout this phase.
You will have a face-to-face interview at the U.S. Embassy, usually at the country you reside in. A consular officer will ask questions pertaining to your case, usually for five to fifteen minutes. They may request more items at this phase as well. At the end of your interview, you will usually get a determination of whether or not your visa is approved or denied. We offer support all the way until your visa is issued.

Our guarantee is a money-back promise if you are denied. Nobody can guarantee that your petition will be approved. However, if you are denied after we prepare and mail the documents and you respond appropriately to all government requests, we will refund 100% of the fees you paid to RapidVisa. Unfortunately the government will not refund their fees if you are denied. That’s it…No fine print. Why do business with anybody who will not guarantee their work?

Rapid Visa was super helpful and made the process of getting my husband's visa so much easier than had we tried to do it on our own. They ensure everything is completed accurately so that the process goes smooth with the government. From the submission of our petition to receipt of the visa took seven months.
We will definitely be using them again when it's time to request an adjustment of status. They make things easy to understand and take the guess work out of the process. We highly recommend Rapid Visa to any couple looking to be united and living together in the states. Thank you Rapid Visa for always being available to answer questions and for your attention to detail, the service is well worth the value!
