Local language documents need translated: All documents not in English or German must be accompanied by certified English translations. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator that states that the translation is accurate, and the translator is competent to translate.

Embassy appointment scheduling method: The visa appointments are all made online or over the telephone.
Medical appointment scheduling method: You do not need an appointment for the physicians in Frankfurt, they accept walk-ins Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 07:30am - 11:00 am.

Feb 20th 2015-picked up Visa from DHL
*delay between interview and receipt of Visa due to Embassy losing a document so we had to send another one.
Wedding date is set for April 18th 2015.
