Local language documents need translated: All documents not in English or Croatian (Slovene, Bosnian, Serbian) must be accompanied by certified translations. Translations must be certified by a competent translator.
Medical Examination Fee:
A) If the report is done in ten to fifteen days (regular procedure):
For each applicant 15 years of age and older, the fee shall not exceed 1.023,00 Kn and shall include:
- Serologic test for syphilis:
- Chest x-ray and radiology consult:
- Physical examination and documentation:
B) If the report is done the same day (expedited procedure):
For each applicant 15 years of age and older, the fee shall not exceed 1.710,00 Kn and shall include:

Any additional chest x-rays or serologic tests for syphilis required to clarify results compromised by laboratory error will be performed at no extra charge to the applicant.
The fee for the bacteriological examination of sputum, when needed, for a series of three acid-fast smears is: 3 x 387,00 Kn = 1.161,00 Kn
The fee for applicants under 15 years of age will not exceed: 590,00 Kn
