Where to pay the Embassy fee: Paid in cash or bank draft made out to the U.S.Embassy in U.S. dollars or Barbados dollars (BB$323). NO personal or company cheques, NO debit nor credit cards can be accepted.
Local language documents need translated: Any document not written in English translation required must be translated into English by a public/certified translator. Bring the original and one copy of any translation.
Medical Examination Fee: The fee for persons age 15 and older (adults) is US$170.00. The fee for persons younger than age 15 (children) is US$81.00.
