Payment Plan F.A.Q.

Q. How does it work?
A. When you checkout here, an automatic payment plan will be set up. Each month on that date, your card will automatically be charged. You can see your upcoming payments and the dates they will be charged in your account.

Q. Does it include the USCIS fee?
A. Yes, if you choose the right package. We have options that include USCIS fees and those that don't. The packages that do include filing fees will be paid by us directly to the USCIS.

Q. Do your packages with USCIS fees include all other government fees?
A. No, but it does include all RapidVisa fees and your government filing fee. The embassy interview fee must be paid in the alien's country so we can't pay that one for you. It includes all government filing fees necessary to get your petition filed. Give us a call for a full explanation of any fees that may apply to your case.

Q. Does it include the medical exam fee?
A. No, this is paid directly to the facility which conducts the exam in the country of origin.

Q. What if I cancel half way in?
A.You are purchasing a personalized service, not a product. Services performed can’t be returned like a pair of shoes. No refund or cancellation is available, even if you change your mind. Also note that the government never returns filing fees under any circumstance.

Q. Do you check my credit?
A. Nope.
Q. Do you charge interest?
A. No.

Q. What if I default?
A. If your auto-billing fails, your visa application will be cancelled. We will attempt to charge your card daily for up to 10 days. Late fees of $5 per day will be assessed. Delinquent accounts are sent to a third-party collector and the debt reported to the 3 major credit bureaus. If your account has been handed over to the collector, you must arrange payments with them, not with RapidVisa directly.
