After being together across the waters for almost a year, we married August 11, 2012 in Charlotte, NC while my husband was here on holiday ….and thus began our journey to getting my British husband, Marc, a resident alien visa to the U.S.A.! 

 

Almost 3 months to the day after filing for the initial petition, we received notice it was accepted.  We had already begun getting all of our needed documents in order because the RapidVisa website and support team (whom I bothered plenty with emails and calls!) were so helpful.  We had everything in order so when it came time to file the visa application; we were completely ready.  Then just another few months and he had his interview date.  After that; it was exactly a week when he received his visa!

Before stumbling upon your website, we have no idea where or how to start our paper works on getting our visa. Fortunately, despite the thousands of visa websites, my husband Ron saw rapidvisa first. And though we are having second thoughts in using them because they sounded too good to be true (there fee is way cheaper than the rest visa agencies we've seen online) we talked about it and since we wanted to start the petition right away and rapidvisa sounded so honest, we did register and give it a go.. And since then, they kinda held our hands all they way to the finish. If it wasn't for our own delay along the way, we could have finished our journey in less than six months. Nevertheless, we filed our petition in April of 2012 and December 6 of the same year, we had our schedule for the interview at US embassy Manila. Four days later, we got our visa package sent to Baguio. We can't thank you enough :). Now, the three of us are together.  You are so encouraging when we have doubts and very helpful when we have questions 24/7.  Your fee is very much reasonable and doesn't charge for kids, so even if the application is for two individuals  (for me and our daughter), Ron only paid for me. Rapid visa was very helpful for us. I called several different lawyers before deciding on using rapid. All the lawyers wanted a minimum of 1500 dollars as a retainer fee to get started processing the K-1 visa. I think the fee for rapid was only 325 dollars and it was well worth it! I talked to a couple in the Manila embassy who hired an attorney and they was going through the process a second time because the attorney messed their paperwork up the first time. I recommended they use rapid. We started our petition July 30 and was approved Feb 1st. My fiance Hyacinth is here in the states with me now. Thanks for all of your help rapid!

My wife and I met when I was in Cebu for my aunt's 50th wedding anniversary in July of 2010. I met my wife at a popular club when I was with my cousins and my brother. I first met my now wife, on an Asian dating site. We are both the same age and we just hit it off great! We both wanted to make sure what we wanted first since we were older (50 years old). There was no talk of marriage, we just enjoyed the talking itself. After we found out how much alike we were and we felt as though we have know each other forever, we both kind of had the same thing going through our heads “like“, what the heck are we doing just talking when we both know that we love each other. That’s when I did it, I asked her if she would marry me, and needless to say she said yes…or I wouldn’t be here.

That is when I started looking at what we needed to do to get married, and to bring her here. We had to decide if we wanted to get married there? If we did that then there is more paper work, and we still have to get married in the US. So we decided to make it as easy as possible and do the K-1 Visa, where you get married in the US and it makes your petitioning a lot easier, less time consuming and less paper work.

Even though the easiest way is the K-1, there is plenty of paper work and it can get pretty confusing.

First I checked into what it would cost to have an Immigration Lawyer handle everything, paper work and all, I got prices from $5,000 to $7,500...well that was out of the question for me, I don’t have that kind of money to throw away on a Lawyer. Before I seen RapidVisa’s add, I check out one other place on the Internet that did petitioning for the K-1, but they didn’t have the phone support as RapidVisa does, and there price was quite a bit more expensive…then I seen RapidVisa. The first time I talked with Ben about how I can ask him questions when I have trouble, he said I can email him and he also has phone support until 8pm (central time) “then“.

I’m not sure what his phone support time is now a days, I started my K-1 in 2009 or 2010.

I remember calling after 9pm once because I didn’t know what to put down for one of the questions, and Ben answered the phone…I was shocked! I thought I would just get the recording and leave a message.

I called Ben so many times, sometimes 6 or 7 times in a day. I thought he was going to tell me that he’ll give me a refund and to go somewhere else and leave him alone!…BUT HE DIDN‘T, he still treated me like it was my first time calling him. That is when I knew I made the right choice.

Thank God for RapidVisa’s software that made doing this petition so much easier. I see they now have there own office right near the U.S. Embassy. They just keep improving more and more for the people who are petitioning for the K-1, that’s fantastic!

I can tell you this…even before all the new changes they have done now a days that have made it even better for petitioning, they were still great years ago when I did mine.

Thanks to RAPIDVISA,  Recil and I ( John), had such a good planned support from Dan and Juliet.  Wow the job they did for us to get together it was a long wait and they made it short for the support we had from them. Thanks to some much needed help from Rapid Visa, I am now married to “arguably” the most wonderful Filipina in the entire world. I say arguably because when I say I married the most wonderful Filipina in the entire world, Ben contends that I may have the second best but that his wife is the best. I was happily married for forty-nine years to my first wife, but cancer, then death, took her from me. I wasn’t sure that I would ever desire to marry again. I had been a United Methodist Pastor for many years when my wife died. After being widowed, I retired. After several months of being alone and lonely, I began to desire companionship, and because I have a wonderful Filipina daughter-in-law, I became interested in Christian-Filipina.com. I began to read the profiles of several beautiful Filipinas until I saw the photo and profile of Maria. Because of her, I registered and became a member. In my profile, I honestly stated that I was only seeking friendship at first. Next, I send a message to Maria. She graciously replied. Her work situation allowed her to only correspond with me twice a month. She gave me her mobile phone number and I called her at work. That phone call caused tension between her and her employer and led to her resignation,  From that time, we talked by VOIP phone (Magic Jack) and Skype daily for more than a year. During that time, I came to know much about her. I fell in love.

In February of 2012, I visited her in the Philippines. I also was privileged to preach in some churches while there. She exceeded all my expectations. I proposed marriage. She accepted. I received blessings from Maria’s mother. When I returned to the USA after three weeks in the Philippines, I began the process of acquiring a K-1 Fiancé Visa for Maria. I quickly realized I needed help. I found Rapid Visa to be far better, and less costly, than any of their competitors. The USCIS accepted our I-129F Petition, and eventually Maria was issued her K1 Visa. I met my now wife, Criselda, on a Filipina dating site which I am most grateful for.  After three months of skyping daily (twice a day) I flew to the Philippines to meet her in person.  I spent two wonderful months there getting to know her and enjoying the beautiful Islands . . . I fell in love with Palawan, if you go to the Philippines Island hopping in Palawan will be an experience you will cherish, trust me.  The Philippines can be a most wonderful place to fall in love.  Before I flew back to  the USA, I contacted Rapid Visa in Manila...I already knew of them thru the web, and had the necessary paperwork I needed to file for a K-1 visa after having a conversation with them in America.  I looked into many companies and spoke with many attorneys about helping getting a Filipina over to the states and not really surprised that I got many different responses and prices for their service....be careful, difficult to trust an attorney.  Rapid Visa prices are very reasonable and I really cannot see looking anywhere else for help in this kind of matter, it's their business, it's all they do.  When I left Manila I left with the packet completely prepared to send off to USCIS when I arrived home. We did have to wait 9 1/2 months for the entire process, by that I mean being in on another's arms in the USA.  There was no glitch in any of the paperwork.  The other thing that was really comforting to me was if my fiance needed any help with her paperwork or anything, really, Rapid Visa was there with compassion and understanding. Back in Nov 2011 My Wife and I started a Journey  and searched the internet for a quality company to help us with all the red tape forms and Confusion with in Immigration Services

I would LOVE to say thanks so much rapidvisa and everyone I have bugged, called and chatted with!! James just got approved after his interview at the London U.S embassy! WE ARE SO HAPPY!!! It's been a long journey, but it would have been longer if I didn't find rapidvisa!

James and I met nov 2010 here in Brooklyn, NY while he was on vacation. We got married April 2012. I never expected to meet anyone this special, yet especially from another continent!! 

 

After we got married, I was scared that we didn't get married with a fiance visa and I had no idea how arduous the visa process is! I thought it would be easy and quick! (Luckily he did not over stay the 3 months on tourist visa and went back. He would only visit no more than 3 months).

 

Meanwhile, I spent days researching online and was even thinking of getting a lawyer. THANK GOD I came across rapidvisa online. I thought it was fake but there were so many testimonials and thought hey, why not! YES, WE ARE REAL PEOPLE!!! TRUST THIS SITE!!!!! We visited Jenn numerous times in the Manila office, she is wonderful, and very much an expert in the Visa process, we also used the online Tech. support, and there was always a Rapid Visa Team member there to help us.

We are now married, and have submitted the Adjustment of Status through Rapid Visa, they have overviewed the Documents, and have forwarded them on to the USCIS. After getting married, this took all of 5 days to fill out, send to Rapid Visa, and on to USCIS.

We have already recommended Rapid Visa to two of our friends, and they have contacted Rapid Visa, to get things going.

We had a crazy idea to marry and live happily ever after after we met on vacation in DR. I was then faced with the challenge of getting the visa to bring him over. I started to research it and came across Rapidvisa. I called many places and tried to get as much information as I could just to learn about the process. Rapid visa was the only place that offered a lot of information without pressuring me to sign up! I spoke to Jocelyn and she made me feel like this visa thing was possible, more that just a dream.

Rapid Visa held my hand through the entire process. I must've called a million times and when they heard Toribio, my username, they knew that I wanted to speak to Dan or had some series of questions led by nervousness. I imagine I was annoying, but they never made me feel that way.

I developed a special bond with Dan after the time that Daniel and I broke up and I called seeking direction on canceling the application. I never expected anymore than advice. Instead I got compassion as I was offered half my money back even though RapidVisa already helped me to assemble my petition. Soon after I called Dan to say that we made up, he laughed and said, "that's love", and we began talking about the visa again.

This process can be daunting- hard, emotionally and mentally. I was especially distraught around the time of the medical and the interview. I called constantly because I was so scared that we wouldnt be approved. Rapid Visa staff helped me by giving me scenarios about different interviews and promising me that every thing would be ok.

Belle and I would like to take a moment to express our gratitude towards Rapid Visa & it's staff.  The biggest unknown when seeking a foreign bride or husband is the overwhelming amount of paperwork & processing involved.  The Rapid Visa website and also their wonderful staff made the K-1 processing and Adjusment of Status paperwork nearly painless, & worry-free.  The staff is top notch, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and always there to help.  I'm sure we asked 100 questions, or more, and it never took more than a few hours to get a response.  During business hours, email responses are almost instantaneous and with their new chat application, your questions are answered right on the spot, and any issues are taken care of immediately.

When we got engaged, I knew I had to find help with the immigration process.  I checked out several websites, and talked with a handful of immigration attorneys as well.  Each time I talked with someone new it seemed like I came away with more questions than answers, and there was always someone with their hand out wanting money up front.  When we found Rapid Visa I couldn't believe the low prices they were asking, and I was a little nervous about them at first.  However, when I found out you could enter all your information first, to see how painless the RV process was, and then pay the fee, I had to try it out.  We entered our information, paid the fee, and low and behold, there was our K-1 processing paperwork all nice and neat in one simple to understand PDF.  I was amazed at just how easy it was to finish our packet for shipment to the USCIS, and at how helpful the RV staff was every step of the way.

Belle & I are now married and she is here with me in the US.  And as of this writing, we have just finished our Adjustment of Status paperwork and are about to send it off.  Once again, the process was smooth and pain-free.  It took mere minutes to fill in the information on the website and have our paperwork generated for us.  I really don't know what we would have done without Rapid Visa.  Yes, you can find all the information yourself, and ask all the questions necessary to attain, fill out, and send in the necessary documents.  However, one mistake can cost you months of headaches, and a lot more paperwork than necessary.  We are glad we used Rapid Visa, and if anyone ever needs visa processing help in the future, we will definitely tell them to seek out the help of Rapid Visa.

I like to let people know that Rapid Visa is the best. When i was looking to bring my woman from the Philippine to America i didn't want to make any mistakes being the first time doing something like this. Then i saw the add for Rapid Visa and started looking at the blogs and testimonials and said right i don't believe this sound to easy. So when all else failed i thought $300 dollars was not much to loose to maybe get help. So i called and spoke to Ben and i thought maybe this guy knows what he's talking about and is honest and paid for the service and wow, it was so easy and if anything i didn't understand, they were really there for me and helped me understand what to do. It was about 5  months  Nov. 4th 2011 i filed and got a response Nov 8th they got it and would start the process. By April 2012 i was approved and it was then was forward over to Manila for approval for my girlfriend which didn't take long by May 4th she had her appointment for her interview and medical appointments on June17th 2012. She was approved then and had her visa sent to her in 2 weeks  after going back to Cebu and was packed and ready to come here in the USA. I want to thank Ben and Keith and especially Jenn she was great making my woman feel special there and being like a friend to her, helping her and looking over all the paper work and helping her with the forms she needed to fill out for the interview.

As far as the K1 visa, that went fine on your part. We did have trouble with the embassy in Manila. We are still waiting for my wife's adjustment of status to be finished. She has her work perment and he biometrics is finished, but still no permanent status or green card yet. I did need to pay a Attorney to help, as you guys know with the K1 visa. As far as the way you have things set up, it works very well and it makes things so much more easier than doing it on your own. You guys are great to work with and would gladly pay the fees to use your system again if they were ever needed. I am sure they won't be. I would tell anyone thinking of using Rapid Visa to do so and relax they are always there for you whenever you have any questions at all. Trust me I had plenty . My wife and I married on 12/30/12 and just had our first anniversary and we will have many more to come if the good Lord is willing.

Hello to the Rapid Visa Staff.

        Well just wanted to update everyone , Maidhaz  & Michael got Married on July 18th, 2012 In the lovely state Of Texas. There was a time i wondered if this day was going to happen. Why was that?  Well here is our story, Maidhaz and I have been together for 5 years and we have a child named Danaya Mikhaela Wilson. We have been thinking just how do we get all these requirement completed and where will all the monetary cost come from? I talked to so many Agents and other people just how to get the Visa processed and every one said it takes time . (longtime & cost much) So with this i stopped and was thinking when would we ever be able to get together as a family in the United States.
        Then one day as i was on the internet i saw the Rapid Visa advertizement GET YOUR VISA COST 299.... i said yeah right... the next day i sent Ben a note telling my situation (just to see what he would say right)  well he hooked me and what a right decision it was , we began communicating and started working on the information needed. Man I was  amazed at just how simple the forms and how they gathered all the information needed for each form.  Then before you knew all was done an we filed on 12/16/2011 and got our approval on 04/16/2012.
         Now hear this okay they arrived Dallas Airport on 07/02/2012 we were all excited that it was finally all done an we are together happily Married. Jenefer and I want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. I can't imagine trying to do something like this without the expert help and guidance that all of you have given. First I was so nervous because I had more than the 2 "allowed" dui's. Going back to college age (not my most proud moments) and I was so afraid that they would not approve the petition for visa. Ben, you and Jocelyn calmed me down and soothed my nerves. It was approved on February 10th2012. During our "visa journey" Jenefer was fired by her unscrupulous employer in Hong Kong who opened her mail and saw the US Embassy letter. So Jeneferhad to go back to the Philippines rather than stay in Hong Kong for the interview. This delayed things for a month or two. The wonderful thing that happened though, was you had opened an office in Manila in December 2012 and a lovely and kind young woman, Jenn Maniego was like a sister to Jenefer. RapidVisa was honestly a life saver for me and my fiancé, Marcio. Before finding this website, we had made countless trips to the American consulate and spent hours combing through information on the internet, looking for any cohesive answers about the K1 visa process and necessary papers.  What the consulate told us was different from what their site said, and that was different from what another site said, etc. We quickly started to feel hopeless of ever being able to live in the same country without having to leave each other again.  Then we found RapidVisa and everything suddenly became so much easier! The wonderful staff were extremely helpful and patient throughout all our questions and doubts. They were always able to give us the right information and reassure us when we worried (constantly). We thought now, because of the expense there, it would be better that she would attend alone.... Thanks to God that her interview went well, and Her Visa was approved to come to the United States. We were so very happy to receive the good news. afterwards we were to wait, thinking that the package she would receive with the documents to come to U.S. to be one week or maybe two. But after she did not receive  between one to two weeks we became concerned. so we had to make calls to the Embassy. It was almost one month after, that she received the  package. As soon as she had the documents in hand, we soon purchased the ticket for her flight here, which was on January 15. 

We are now married as of January 28, 2012. We are very happy together.
