There are two ways to book an interview appointment: through the Embassy call center or through the VisaPoint™ system.

Scheduling an appointment through the Embassy call center

These telephone appointment systems are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Philippine time, except Philippine holidays.

1-909-101-7878

for callers from within the Philippines Calls made to this number cost 53 Philippine Pesos per minute, plus applicable provincial charges. This number is only for subscribers of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company touchtone landlines with national/international distance dialing features.

Or

1-888-877-9888

for callers from within the United States. You will need a credit card. The card will be charged $18 per transaction. After the card is approved, a nonrefundable personal identification number (PIN) will be given. The PIN may be used to call this number back just one more time, which will allow the caller to speak to an operator at no charge. You will want to write down your list of questions before you call.

When booking an appointment, you should have all your documents available to reference.

Scheduling an appointment online

VisaPoint ™ is a web-based information and appointment system available to applicants for U.S. nonimmigrant visas. This system is available in both English and Tagalog and allows applicants to schedule an appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and see all available dates and times on the computer screen.

Access to VisaPoint through a personal identification number (PIN), which can be purchased for US $10 by credit card, either Visa or MasterCard. After logging in to VisaPoint, you can schedule an appointment, choosing from available appointment dates and times.
